By accessing or using CoachStackHub.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Steeled Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Delaware Corporation, operates CoachStackHub. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Steeled Inc. governing your use of the Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any features of CoachStackHub.
These Terms apply to all users globally. By using CoachStackHub from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local law, that local law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, but the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
CoachStackHub is an AI-powered practice management platform designed specifically for professional coaches. The Service provides tools to help coaches manage and grow their practices more effectively.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use CoachStackHub. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@coachstackhub.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Each individual may maintain only one CoachStackHub account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations, abuse free trials, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
CoachStackHub offers the following subscription plans:
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of paid plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue accessing premium features, or your account will revert to the Starter plan.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan at each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Certain AI-powered features may consume per-output credits. Purchased credits do not expire and remain available in your account for as long as your account is active.
CoachStackHub integrates artificial intelligence features throughout the platform to assist coaches in their practice. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Steeled Inc. owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the CoachStackHub platform, including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and all other intellectual property associated with the Service. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Company's trademarks or branding.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on CoachStackHub, including client records, session notes, coaching programs, and any other materials ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant Steeled Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except where retention is required for legal compliance or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
As a coach using CoachStackHub, you may store sensitive client information on the platform. You acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEELED INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Without limiting the foregoing, Steeled Inc. is expressly NOT liable for:
IN NO EVENT SHALL STEELED INC.'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO STEELED INC. DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steeled Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@coachstackhub.ai.
Upon termination or cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data from the platform. We provide data export tools in your account settings. After 30 days, your data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the parties shall share equally the fees of the arbitrator and the AAA.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice by email to the address associated with your account and by posting a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of CoachStackHub after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the changes take effect.
